    Description

    Today more than ever, organizations are called upon to communicate the values that guide them and how they position themselves within the contemporary landscape. In a constantly evolving world, crafting authentic narratives takes on a dual significance: reflecting one’s identity while reshaping the future by addressing the most pressing issues. Identity and storytelling thus become essential tools for gaining deeper self-awareness, strategically positioning oneself and evolving over time.

    Working on one’s identity means making a conscious choice of the languages—visual, verbal and relational—through which to tell one’s story. Often, this process goes beyond defining a logo or an effective tagline: organisations that build new narratives actively contribute to social and cultural transformation. It is through storytelling that connections are forged, communities are activated and the conditions for change are created.

     

    Revealing: design-driven storytelling for innovation

    Our approach with Revealing, Shifton’s unit specialized in communication strategies, integrates various storytelling disciplines, participatory processes and visual communication. By applying design practices, we delve deeper to co-create impactful narratives. Through the active engagement of people, we develop accessible and representative forms of communication, enabling communities to see themselves and their values reflected while expanding the reach of the social impact they seek to generate.

    To make new narratives actionable and impactful, we develop customized toolkits—strategic materials such as personalized sales kits and modular pitches—designed for use in various contexts and shared during the final phase of the project.
