How we work
The rituals of design thinking mark our internal and external work processes. By sharing collaborative practices and rituals, we stimulate cultural change within organisations and create transformative processes. We anticipate trends to build new horizons for the future.
The team
Shifton is a place of transdisciplinary research and exploration, in which an assortment of skills and experiences find space. We come from different areas of specialisation, which include design in all its forms; economics, philosophy and architecture. We are characterised by a liquid, horizontal organisation based on our individual team members’ strong sense of responsibility.
We live in different cities and countries: agile methodologies and tools allow us to manage work processes and collaborate quickly and rigorously, working with the same intensity, whether present or at a distance.
